Storing and Other Notes: We will be baking Stollen throughout the holidays almost daily - so if our inventory is low for one day, it will be replenished the next! Our Stollen is classified as a “heavy” version of this bread because it is so incredibly enriched with butter, honey, marzipan and rum soaked fruits. Traditionally, this bread is supposed to be stored up to three weeks (in a cool environment) - thereby allowing it to actually increase in flavor! So, Stollen can easily be ordered well in advance and then stored in the refrigerator. Because of the significant amounts of butter in our Stollen, I recommend serving the bread at room temperature. It is also tremendous slathered with more butter and then toasted :)

Stollen is a traditional northern European sweet yeast bread.  It is studded with dark rum soaked candied orange and lemon peel, organic currants, Michigan cherries and slivered almonds. In addition to actually making this bread with marzipan worked into the dough, we also fold a sweet marzipan log into each delicious Christmas pastry.

Ordering Through Catering Page: Stollen will be available for pick up beginning on Friday 12 December 2025. You are able to pre order our Stollen through this website’s catering page up to 3 days in advance of pick up. Minimum catering orders are 50$

Online Ordering: You are also able to order our pastry through our regular online ordering web page - one day in advance based upon the inventory that we have available. There is no minimum for online orders - but these are based on the inventory that we have baked for that day.
